Amidst the turbulence and bustle of our daily lives, the tranquil hearts retreat offers the opportunity to reconnect with the Divine in the presence of the men of God to find tranqulity and peace once again.

VENUE & ACCOMODATION
The retreat will be held at Garth Barns and Country House which is set in 200 acres of pristine countryside in the heart of Wales. The estate comprises of three buildings, the Hafod Barn, the Ty Nant Barn and Garth Country House. Together the site offers 18 bedrooms in total, of which 16 are ensuite, with fully-equipped kitchens and an abundance of living space in each. There is also a gym, sauna, fire pit, private boating lake and so much more to explore on site. The venue offers magnificent countryside views, luxury accommodation, large gardens and woods, direct access to fantastic walking opportunities and outstanding facilities.
All residents will be housed in any one of the three properties on site. There are a mixture of single sharing, double and family rooms, which will be allocated after a registration form is received on a first come first serve basis. There is limited space at this retreat and so we advise that you apply early to avoid disappointment.

ACTIVITIES & ITINERARY
A full itinerary will be provided when you arrive at the retreat however attendees will have the chance to participate in spirituality classes with Shaykh Ismail, attend gatherings of remembrance, pray in congregation, recite litanies together at specific times and have the opportunity to socialise and spend time with Shaykh Ismail and his family.

Adults and over 12s: £390
Children 4 to 11: £150
Children 3 and under: free
Prices include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There is limited capacity at the retreat so we cannot guarantee the acceptance of all applications.
Places will be allocated after completing registration and payment on a first come first serve basis.

CHILDREN
There are limited spaces for family applications with children. We have separate activities planned for children who are in attendance free of charge including arts & crafts, children’s mawlids and more.

If your application is successful, the admissions team will contact you with payment details to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit must be paid within 5 days from the date of the invoice.
Once, the deposit has been paid you will be sent with a confirmation email to let you know that your place has been secured.
Full payment must be paid at least 14 days prior to the start of the retreat. Otherwise, your spot will be allocated to someone else on the waiting list.
If there are no places left, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and be contacted if a place becomes available. If you are coming from abroad, then please make sure you have arranged visas and other travel arrangements before paying your deposit.

We do not recommend that retreat attendees come for less than the 4 nights. We require attendees to try their utmost best to stay for the whole retreat.

In general, the hanafi school does not permit a woman to travel beyond a distance of approx. 48 miles (77km) without a mahram unless necessary. We encourage that you assess your personal circumstances against the above before applying.
