This foundational course invites adults to rediscover the art of sacred singing and to revive the noble tradition of devotional praise. Through guided vocal exercises, group recitation, and exploration of classical Arabic odes, participants will journey into the spiritual, linguistic, and emotional depth of the inshād tradition.
Those who feel a heartfelt longing to connect with the Prophet ﷺ through voice and praise.
Individuals seeking to beautify their recitation and cultivate humility, presence, and love through sound.
Beginners with little or no prior singing experience who are drawn to spiritual expression through Arabic poetry.
Anyone wishing to deepen their spiritual life in a communal, uplifting, and contemplative setting.
By the end of the course, students will have developed a grounding in vocal technique, rhythm, pronunciation, and the etiquette of inshād, preparing them to participate with grace and reverence in gatherings of remembrance and praise.
Women welcome — auditory participation only.
